Well, what a game! A perfect birthday
present for the boss, six goals (going on twelve) and a clean
sheet. That's the third clean sheet in four games, all the more
remarkable with Romain out of the side, but full credit to Luke
for his part. Three goals in each half and the Pilgrims gave the
supporters a real treat today, albeit against a very poor
opposition. It's just a pity that there were over 6000 fewer
this time, although we still had the highest attendance in the
division on the day. Far too many reserving their seats in
the pubs I reckon. |
