Video clips are available in two forms: full motion (including sound), and snapshots (1 frame per second, without sound). If connection speeds are not a problem, choose 'Motion'. If you only have a 56K modem 'Snaps' may be a better option unless you're happy to wait for 20-30 minutes. Unless otherwise indicated, all clips are GoS originals and therefore 'amateur'  - sorry if they look a bit that way!
