CHARLIE MILLER
Full Name: Charles Miller
Born: 03 May 1904
Came from: Bellshill Athletic Went to: Exeter City
First game: 20 September 1924 Last game: 06 February 1926
Appearances: 4 (4/0) Goals: 0
The left-back was born in Bellshill in North Lanarkshire and started out playing for his hometown team before moving to the newly formed St Roch's in the Provanmill area of Glasgow. In 1924 he then made the long move south to Home Park, spending just under 18 months with the club spread across two seasons. However, opportunities were limited and he made just four appearances as stand-in for Moses Russell before moving up the road to try his luck with Exeter City. This proved to be a prudent move as he played just under 300 times in a nine-year association with Exeter, who were his last club in League football.
